What we build
Example: a hotel’s dashboard for today, with tonight’s occupancy, revenue for the last 30 days against last year, bookings by channel and what needs the owner today.
Custom dashboards
We build dashboards around the numbers you check every day: sales, bookings, stock, unpaid invoices, reviews. They pull from the software you already use and update by themselves, so each morning the whole business is on one screen, with what needs you today at the bottom.
Example: a one-hour EUR/USD chart and the bot’s log. A TradingView alert arrives, the bot checks its rules and the daily loss limit, sends the order to OANDA with its stop and a 2R target, and saves it to the trade journal.
Trading bot
Client work: a bot that connects TradingView to the OANDA broker API and trades on its own when a chosen indicator fires. Before each order it checks your rules and risk limits, then places the trade with its stop and target set and logs every step. New rules are tested on years of past prices first.
Example: an owner’s description of how orders are handled becomes five steps, from the order email to the customer’s confirmation, with one branch where the tool asks the owner. Then one order runs through all of them.
Custom tools
If you can describe how a job gets done, we can build a tool that does it. We map the process with you, step by step: where the information comes from, what gets checked, who needs to know. Then the tool runs it the same way every time and asks you when something doesn’t fit.
Example: at 23:14 a buyer from Munich asks the website chat about the penthouse, in German. The assistant answers in German, says it’s an AI and logs the enquiry in the CRM with a summary in English. The viewing waits for the owner to confirm.
AI assistants
It answers enquiries from your website, WhatsApp and email in the customer’s own language, using only information you’ve approved. On your website it can reply within seconds, day or night, and says it’s an AI. Every enquiry lands in your CRM with a summary in your language, and anything that needs a person comes to you.

Both are client sites that haven’t launched yet, so we recorded them at their preview addresses on 29 October 2026, and Explore opens those same previews. The films inside the sites are made with AI from the developers’ renders.

The AI writes the replies. You set the rules.
The assistant reads each message and drafts a reply in the customer’s language, using only the information you’ve given it.
At first you approve every reply before it goes out. Once you’re comfortable, it can answer your website chat on its own, always saying up front that it’s an AI, not a person. Viewings and follow-ups always stay with you.

About us
Applied Intelligence started with tools our founder, Omar Noureddin, built for himself, then for his family’s olive mill in Boeotia, his own property site and friends who asked. Seeing what a tool made around the way someone actually works could do, he founded the studio in September 2026.
Today we build AI solutions, dashboards, tools and websites for businesses, from the southern suburbs of Athens. We work in Greek and English, and we’re happy to meet anywhere in Attica.
