Privacy policy
Last changed: 28 October 2026.
Which details we keep when you visit this site or contact us, why, for how long, and what rights you have, as Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) requires.
Who is responsible
The controller is Omar Noureddin, trading as Applied Intelligence. Where this page says “we” or “us”, it means the controller.

When we set up an inquiry system for a business, that business is the controller of its customers’ inquiries, and we process them on its behalf under a written agreement. This page covers only this website and your contact with us.
What we keep and why
- Replying to your inquiry
- When you write to us through the form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp, or when you call us, we keep your name, your phone number or e-mail address and whatever you write. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Invoicing, if you become a client
- We keep the contract and the invoicing details, because tax law requires it. Legal basis: a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).
- Visit analytics
- We count how many people read each page and how many tap the phone number or WhatsApp, with Umami, without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f). Our interest is knowing which pages are useful. The effect on you is minimal, because we do not follow you to other sites and build no profile of you. You can object, as set out below.
- Operation and security
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the service from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
You are not obliged to give us any details. Without a phone number or an e-mail address, though, we cannot reply to you.
We make no automated decisions about you and build no profile of you.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site and stores what you send through the form, in a database in the European Union. Cloudflare is a US company: where data reaches the United States, it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses of Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914. The form stops automated spam with a hidden field, so no other service checks your message.
- Umami
- Counts visits without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you.
- Accountant
- Our accountant, only for invoicing those who become clients.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp (Meta), which is an independent controller for its own app, under its own terms.
There are no other recipients, except a public authority that requests data under the law. We do not sell anyone’s data.
How long we keep it
We keep the inquiries and correspondence of people who do not become clients for 12 months from the last contact, then delete them.
If you become a client, the contract and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires. The visit analytics hold nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
- Access
- To learn which of your details we hold and to get a copy (Article 15).
- Rectification
- To have us correct anything wrong or incomplete (Article 16).
- Erasure
- To have us delete your details, except what we must keep for tax purposes (Article 17).
- Restriction
- To have us stop using them for a time, for example while we check an error you pointed out (Article 18).
- Portability
- To receive the details you gave us in a file a computer can read (Article 20).
- Objection
- To object to the visit analytics, which rest on our legitimate interest (Article 21).
Call us or send us a WhatsApp message on +30 694 686 1466. We reply within one month, as Article 12 of the GDPR requires.
Complaints
If you believe the processing of your details breaks the law, you have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr), Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens.
Cookies
There are no cookies for analytics, advertising or preferences, and no content embedded from other sites, such as maps or videos. That is why the site does not ask for your consent.
If you tap WhatsApp, you move to that provider’s app or website, under its own terms.
If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
