You know from the start what you’ll get, and when

How a project runs from the first call to handover, which AI models we use, where your data goes, and what we won’t take on.

How a project runs

  1. First call

You tell us how things work today and what you’d like to change. If it’s about customer inquiries, bring your last ten: where they came from, who answered and when. The first call is free.

  2. A proposal at a fixed price

Within two working days we send you, in writing, the channels, languages, integrations and acceptance criteria.

  3. A baseline before the change

For an AI assistant, we first measure how long replies take today and how many inquiries go unanswered, so you can see what changed afterwards.

  4. Build

The AI assistant pilot in 5–10 working days, a website in 7–10 working days, a website with an AI assistant in 2–4 weeks. You see the work running before handover.

We’ll need your texts, photos and access to your channels, and your comments in writing, in one round.

  5. A test before go-live

A system that answers is tested on 50 real inquiries and on what can go wrong: a missing fact, a changed fact, a connection that drops.

We’ll need you to approve the knowledge base and the test answers.

  6. Handover

You receive written instructions, videos showing how it works and a walkthrough with us.

  7. 60 days of changes

Changes and fixes are included for 60 days after acceptance. After that, monthly care or management if you want it, with a short report every month.

Where your data goes

To read and write text, our systems use Anthropic’s Claude models. Anthropic’s API processes data in the United States or globally, and offers no EU-only option. Going through Microsoft Azure does not keep Claude in the EU either (Anthropic and Microsoft documentation, checked 24 September 2026).

So we send the model only what a reply needs: the message and the facts about your business that the question touches. Names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are removed before the text leaves, whenever the reply does not need them.

Inquiries are written to your own spreadsheet or CRM. For an inquiry system we process data on your behalf, under a written Article 28 GDPR agreement that names every provider.

If your business needs processing inside the EU only, we build the same system with an OpenAI model on Azure, in the EU Data Zone that Microsoft offers. We write this into the proposal before you sign.

What the assistant does on its own, and what it leaves to you

In the AI assistant pilot, the model drafts replies, and none goes out before you or your staff have checked it.

With a website with an AI assistant, the assistant answers on its own, on the website chat and on one messaging channel, but only from the knowledge base you have approved. Its first message says that it’s an AI, not a person, as Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act, requires.

It drafts follow-up messages and proposed viewings, and a person approves them. It writes to your calendar only after the link to your system has been tested. What it does not know, it passes to you.

Where we use AI in our own work

Code

We write it with Claude Code, Anthropic’s programming tool, and review it before every handover. This site cannot be published if any of its seven automated checks fails.

Copy

The text of this site was written with the help of a language model, from facts we supplied, and we check it before it is published. One of the checks stops publication if it finds a promised result or a certification we do not hold.

Images

We use no portraits, screenshots or samples made by a model. The images here are real screenshots, each with its date in the caption.

Films

In Launch for developers, the walkthrough film is generated with AI from your renders, and its caption says so.

Reports

The model extracts facts from the documents and keeps the page and the quoted line for each one. The report names the document beside each fact, and every conclusion states how certain it is.

What we don’t take on

  • We do not let a system decide on its own about money, legal matters, immigration or health. A person always decides there.
  • We give no legal or visa advice, not even through an assistant. The assistant for investors refers them to your lawyer.
  • We do not promise a number of inquiries, visits or bookings. We commit to response times and to logging every inquiry, and we measure the results.
  • We do not offer a voice agent for phone calls until we have tested one on real calls in Greek.
  • We don’t send marketing e-mails or messages to anyone who hasn’t asked for them. Greek law (Law 3471/2006, art. 11) requires consent.
  • We do not guarantee rankings on Google or any other search engine.
  • We do not resell software licences. Subscriptions with providers are opened in your name wherever possible.
