The proposal
It states the fixed price, the channels, languages, integrations, knowledge sources, usage limits, revisions, support hours and acceptance criteria.
Changes
Changes and fixes are included for 60 days after acceptance.
After handover
Monthly care and management are optional, for when you want us to keep looking after the work.
Third-party costs
Third-party software and model usage are listed in the proposal, or kept within a monthly allowance it sets. Vendor accounts are opened in your name wherever possible.
