In-house project
A website that takes buyers straight to WhatsApp
offplanathens.com is our own website for off-plan homes on the Athens Riviera, made for buyers abroad. Every home has a button that opens a WhatsApp chat about it.

Five homes on one page
One page in English, for buyers abroad, with five off-plan homes on the Athens Riviera. We built it in a week, and it’s been live at offplanathens.com since July 2026.
Straight from the page into a conversation
Homes like these sell on trust in a named person, and the business needs only a few serious conversations a year.
So the site had to take a buyer straight into a conversation about one particular home, with no form and no advertising.

A person writes every reply
The five homes under code names, a section on the Golden Visa, a short note about the founder, frequently asked questions and an inquiry section. Each home has its own WhatsApp link, with its name already typed into the message.
The site promises a reply to every message within 24 hours, and the replies are written by a person. No model writes or sends them.

Only the domain and the e-mail cost money
Hosting and analytics run on Cloudflare’s free plans (project settings, 2 October 2026). The site uses no language model, so there is no usage charge.
Fast on a phone
In Lighthouse, Google’s test of a page’s speed and quality, it scored 97 out of 100 for speed on mobile and 100 for SEO (July 2026).
What we learned
In the summer of 2026 the site was down for 11 days, because a domain notice went to an inbox nobody read. That’s why we designed the next inquiry form to save each inquiry before it sends any notification, so a lost e-mail never costs a customer.
